He was very knowledgeable, even using a different treatment on a few tough spots that had gotten extra dirty from recent construction behind my house. Derek was very thorough with the work that he did. He made sure to inform me of areas he focused on as well as provide a walk through with the finish product to make sure I was satisfied. Have already scheduled for a cleaning for next year. He focused heavily on more noticeable dirt/grime on external north facing wall and it was impressive how clean it looked. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I was crunched for time and needed the black mold cleaned off of my roof before having solar panels installed.
